Why I started this
Hi, I'm Kyla. I wanted a way to share my art with people who actually want to sit with it, not just scroll past it.
Some months I'll paint a place that means something to me, other months an animal, a person, or whatever's been living in my head that week. I'm not boxing myself into one theme, and I love hearing what you'd want to see too, so don't be shy about sending ideas my way.
If you're one of my first subscribers, that makes you one of my very first collectors too. That's not a small thing to me.
Come follow along on Instagram and TikTok @kylahstudio, I share the process and what's coming next before anyone else sees it. No two months are ever the same. It's just me, painting one thing at a time, and telling you why.
Pause or cancel whenever, no drama :)

FAQs
How often will I receive something?
Once a month, to the address you sign up with.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in, no awkward conversations. Pause or cancel whenever you like.
How does the birthday surprise work?
Just pop your birthday month in at checkout (there's a little box for it). The month your birthday falls in, you'll get a small mystery goodie added to your regular mailing, on me.
How does the 10% discount work?
As an active subscriber, you'll get a personal discount code for 10% off any commission or original art piece from my shop. It's yours for as long as you're subscribed, if you ever pause or cancel, the code stops working until you rejoin.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to New Zealand, Australia, and most countries worldwide. Due to new EU customs duty rules introduced in July 2026, I'm not shipping to EU countries at this stage. Shipping is included in your subscription price, so there are no extra charges for eligible destinations.
Is this a subscription only, or can I buy one as a gift?
Both. You can subscribe monthly, or send a one-off as a gift. Add a note when you order if it's a gift, I can write out a "to and from" gift note to send with it at no charge :)
Will I get the same print as everyone else?
Yes, everyone receives the same piece and letter each month, but no two months are ever the same as each other.
How long does delivery take?
New Zealand: typically 2-3 working days (2-5 for rural).
Australia: typically 3-6 working days.
Rest of the world: typically 2-4 weeks (can take up to 6 weeks with delays).
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Prints are sent with the standard economy (untracked) stamp, so if it's surpassed the expected timeframe, get in touch and I'll organise a new one to be sent.
What if mine arrives damaged?
If it arrives damaged, please get in touch and I'll send out a new one.
